The Opportunity We are hiring Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMHC) to provide therapy to autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth. Part‑Time Position Hours: Provide 15+ hours of weekly availability to build a caseload of 15+ clients. Compensation: Competitive hourly rate paid per session. Qualifications Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC). Strong clinical skills in evidence‑based modalities such as CBT, DBT or ACT. Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults. Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack). Excellent communication skills and commitment to client‑centered care. Telehealth experience preferred but not required.
