Pixel Artist for AI Model Training [Remote]

This position allows you to create high-quality pixel art and animations while sharing insights into your creative process, helping shape how AI understands artistic workflows. Key Responsibilities:

• Create pixel art assets and animations from concept to final export.
• Design sprites, tilesets, UI elements, and other 2D game assets.
• Animate characters and objects using standard pixel art workflows.
• Capture your workflow through screen recordings and/or written or voice explanations.
• Clearly explain your creative decisions, techniques, and approaches.
• Collaborate with a remote team and adhere to project guidelines.

• Strong experience with pixel art and animation.
• Proficient in tools like LibreSprite, Aseprite, or similar.
• A portfolio showcasing your pixel art and animation work.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own tasks.
• Clear communication skills to articulate your creative process.

• Experience creating assets for games or interactive projects.
• Familiarity with sprite sheets, tilesets, and animation workflows.
• Experience recording tutorials or walkthroughs explaining your work.
• Interest in AI, creative tools, or emerging technologies.

Contract position, fully remote.

Hourly rate ranging from $20 to $70.
