We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant who is organized, proactive, and culturally aware.

\n

This is a hands-on role supporting Gaui’s marketing across influencer relations, PR, community management, content, launches, events, and day-to-day brand initiatives.

\n

\n

The Role

\n

You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing, Brand Director, and creative team to help execute marketing initiatives and keep communication moving across creators, customers, and the wider Gaui community.

\n

\n

A major part of the role will be building relationships — with influencers, PR contacts, and most importantly, our community.

\n

\n

Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Support influencer, creator, stylist, talent, and PR outreach
\n
• Research and identify creators and partners aligned with Gaui
\n
• Coordinate influencer gifting, seeding, follow-ups, and product deliveries
\n
• Maintain organized influencer and PR databases
\n
• Build and maintain relationships with creators and external partners
\n
• Manage day-to-day community interactions across social platforms and community channels
\n
• Respond to customer and community questions in a thoughtful, on-brand way
\n
• Start conversations, engage with comments and messages, and help build a stronger relationship between Gaui and its community
\n
• Gather recurring questions, feedback, and community insights to share with the team
\n
• Capture behind-the-scenes iPhone content during photoshoots, fittings, events, launches, and office moments
\n
• Assist with photoshoot logistics, product preparation, samples, gifting, and talent coordination
\n
• Monitor social media, creators, cultural moments, and relevant marketing opportunities
\n
• Support day-to-day marketing projects, deadlines, follow-ups, and execution
\n
• Travel when required for photoshoots, campaigns, events, and activations
\n

Qualifications + Skills

\n

\n
• Strong communication and organizational skills
\n
• Proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented
\n
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, influencer culture, and online communities
\n
• Genuine interest in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and culture
\n
• Strong written communication and ability to represent a brand naturally
\n
• Ability to capturing high-quality organic content on an iPhone
\n
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and projects at once
\n
• Spanish and English are highly valued
\n
• Must be comfortable traveling when required
\n

This is a full-time, primarily in-person role based in Doral, FL, working Monday through Friday from our office. The position may require working from photoshoot locations, events, or activations, as well as occasional travel for campaigns and brand initiatives.
