Part-Time HR Consultant

ThisPart-Time HR Consultant will provide end?to?end HR support. The role will focus on employee relations, day?to?day HR operations, and partnering with internal leadership to maintain continuity during a key transition period. Working closely with other areas of the business, this consultant will ensure HR needs are met across the organization in a collaborative and driven environment.

Worksite Location: ?Onsite - North Metro area, MN

Salary Range: ?Hourly rate between $40-$55, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for all employee relations matters
• Provide day?to?day HR support across the organization as a team of one
• Partner with the other leaders tosupport HR operations, including employee inquiries and issue resolution
• Maintain HR processes and ensure continuity during the interim period
• Support general HR administration, compliance, and employee support needs
• Utilize Paylocity for HR data management and system updates

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven end?to?end HR Generalist experience
• Prior experience operating as a standalone HR resource or in a small HR team
• Strong employee relations experience and ability to handle sensitive situations
• Experience within manufacturing or related industries preferred
• Familiarity with Paylocity or similar HRIS platforms
• Ability to work independently with limited oversight
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working onsite in a hands?on, collaborative environment
