• Schedule: 3 to 4 days per week in clinic, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM with patients starting at 8:00 AM. June Dates.
• Job Setting: Hospital clinic with 16 beds in department
• Credentialing: ASAP

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Eligible minimum
• Certifications: ABLS
• Licensure: Nevada state license required, will consider IMLC
