Senior Data Reporting Analyst

This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced professional with a strong background in NICE CXone, contact center reporting, telephony systems, and data analytics. Required Skills & Experience: 8+ years of IT support or operations experience (11+ years in lieu of a Bachelor's degree) 4+ years of network/telephony system support 2+ years of leadership or team mentoring experience Hands-on experience with NICE CXone (NICE inContact) Experience with contact center reporting, ACD reporting, dashboards, analytics, and KPI reporting Knowledge of VoIP, telephony systems, call flow analysis, incident resolution, and root cause analysis Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Healthcare, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr Veracity Software Inc
