We're growing, and we're looking for the right person to grow with us. The Role We're hiring an entry-level carpenter to join our field crew. You don't need to have everything figured out yet - we'll train you. You'll shadow our experienced carpenters, learn the trade hands-on, and over time we'll find where you fit best, whether that's rough framing and structural work or detailed finish carpentry. This is a career opportunity, not just a job. We're looking for someone who wants to stick around, develop real skills, and become a valued part of the team. What You'll Do Work alongside experienced carpenters on residential remodeling projects. Assist with rough carpentry (framing, structural work) and finish carpentry (trim, doors, cabinetry). Learn job site safety, tool use, and trade best practices. Show up ready to work and willing to learn. What We're Looking For Some carpentry or construction experience is a plus, but not required - we will train the right person. Strong work ethic and a good attitude. Reliable transportation. Ability to work outdoors and on job sites in varying conditions. A desire to build a long-term career in the trades. What We Offer $18-$22/hr based on experience.
