Role Description As an Account Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member for Ben Zeitz – State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. As an attentive, sociable, and sales‑minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. Responsibilities Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail‑oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred. Bilingual Spanish preferred. Compensation $55,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
