Project managers are involved in all branch projects (Refresh, Renovations, Relocations, De Novo Builds and Branch Appearance). Collaboration with key partner groups is critical to ensure the branch projects are completed on time and on budget, that appearance standards are met and maintained and that the branch is well maintained. In conjunction with the Market Planners and Senior Project Managers, this individual is also involved in creating a Master Market Plan that optimizes the regional distribution network, as well as analyzing potential De Novo and Relocation sites and collaborating with key partner groups to ensure successful buildouts and openings. This position will provide direct support to the Senior Project Managers.Primary Responsibilities:Support execution of all branch projects (refresh, renovations, relocations, de novo builds); identify and prioritize branches within strategyCollaborate with Market Planners and Senior Project Managers to assess new branch (De Novo and Relocation) sitesCollaborate with Senior Project Managers and Real Estate Services (RES) to identify branch project scopeEnsure timely execution of all branch projects with minimal changes to original scopeMonitor all phases of refresh, renovation, relocation and de novo projects; proactively identify risks and escalate issues impacting branch personnel or putting the project at risk for an on-time, on-budget deliveryServe as a primary point of contact for branch personnel during refresh, renovation, relocation, de novo and branch appearance projectsExecution of branch appearance programs; influence branch personnel to adhere to standardsPartner with RES to ensure branch related issues are resolved quickly and cost-effectivelyQualifications:6-10+ years in total; 3+ years specifically in planning and project management experience4-year college degree required; advanced degree preferredPresentation and interaction experience with senior executivesExcellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence others to gain buy-inDemonstrated ability to support and monitor progress on large, complex projectsAbility to think strategically, as well as execute with a strong attention to detailDemonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations while identifying issues and problems, generating solutions and recommending appropriate alternativesWorking knowledge of branch functions and banking operationsThis is a hybrid position based in Miami, FL (Doral) or New York, NY.------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group: Project and Program Management------------------------------------------------------Job Family:Project Management------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Primary Location:Miami Florida United States------------------------------------------------------Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$107,120.00 - $160,680.00In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
