- Properly setting up and taking down cook station
- Cooking both raw and pre-prepared foods with precision
- Accurately labeling, dating, and filling food pans
- Cleaning, organizing, and upkeeping refrigerators, hot boxes, and grills
- Conducting inventory checks and restocking items as needed
- Communicating with team members to ensure the use of fresh, quality ingredients
- Adapting to high-pressure situations effectively
- Understanding and adhering to food safety and temperature regulations
- Maintaining a consistently professional and composed demeanor
- Current Food Handler certification
- Capable of lifting at least 50 lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in working efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Skilled in multitasking and organizing tasks effectively
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to reach, bend, squat, and lift while on the shift
- Ability to withstand frequent exposure to smoke, steam, grease, and high temperatures
- Familiarity with various kitchen equipment
Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
