Job TitleIf you're looking for a retail sales associate / customer service job in Bellingham where you can positively change the lives of clients in a meaningful way, then look no further!Retail Sales Associates enjoy the following perks:Pay $19.50 per hour to start, plus paid training time1 hour PTO for every 40 hours workedOne complimentary massage, stretch session or skin care service per month, plus discounts for friends and familyOur team members will earn commission for wellness plan membership sales and have opportunities to earn up to $200/month in additional bonuses.Here's what we are looking for:Ability to follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty.The right candidate must like talking, but more important, love listening to all new clients, established clients, and prospective clients and establishing relationships that change lives for the better.The right candidate can turn every incident of client criticism to a story of great customer service.Ability to work independently, while maintaining a strong team and customer service mindset.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:Greet guests and provide a warm, professional, and welcoming studio experience.Manage front desk operations, including phones, guest check-in/check-out, scheduling, and transactions.Schedule and rebook appointments while proactively filling cancellations and openings to keep Service Provider schedules full and productive.Educate guests on services, memberships, enhancements, gift cards, and retail products.Support membership sales, guest retention, and studio performance goals.Ensure Service Providers have the supplies and resources needed to provide exceptional service.Assist with laundry and maintain clean, organized, and professional treatment rooms and shared studio areas.Maintain accurate guest, appointment, and membership information.Work collaboratively with the studio team and assist with opening, closing, and other daily operational duties as needed.QualificationsQualifications:Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in?person to potential clients.Customer Service in a spa?like or similar environment is preferred; catering experiences that distinguish their value with attention, hospitality, and execution.Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments are all processed with easy?to?learn computer programs.Driven to create the best work environment for the employees and the best experiences for the client.Legal Disclaimer©2023 Elements Therapeutic Massage, LLC ("ETM").
