- Fully office-based pediatric and adult dental anesthesia practice
- True clinical autonomy - typically 3-4 procedure days/week with 8-10 cases/day

- Board-certified or board-eligible Dental Anesthesiologist
- Strong experience in office-based dental anesthesia
- Active Illinois license (or willingness to obtain)
- Prior office-based or ASC experience preferred
- Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care
- Commitment to patient safety, quality outcomes and professionalism
