With operations supporting food manufacturers, commercial kitchens, industrial customers, and private label brands, this company has built a reputation for quality, operational excellence, and customer service.


The company is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager to help lead warehouse operations, optimize inventory flow, and support a high-performing team in a fast-paced food/beverage manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys driving efficiency, developing employees, and supporting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.


Responsibilities

• Assist in leading daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
• Supervise warehouse personnel while promoting accountability, productivity, and teamwork.
• Optimize warehouse workflows, inventory accuracy, and material movement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, OSHA requirements, and quality standards.
• Partner with the Warehouse Manager to improve operational performance and meet customer demands.
• Coordinate warehouse equipment maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with Production, Shipping, Receiving, Purchasing, and Customer Service to ensure efficient operations.
• Support inventory control, cycle counts, and warehouse performance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve safety, quality, and productivity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse leadership experience in food manufacturing, beverage manufacturing,or food/beverage distribution .
• Experience managing inventory, warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, and employee performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
