Job Description

Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative for a commission based sales role at Readyscape to generate leads for their landscaping team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Meet with homeowners interested in landscaping and outdoor improvement projects
Learn how to identify customer needs and recommend solutions
Present estimates and professionally explain project scopes
Follow up with customers and close outstanding estimates
Maintain communication with customers throughout the sales process
Learn ReadyScapes sales systems, scripts, objection handling, and closing techniques

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and people skills
Competitive and self-motivated personality
Willingness to learn and be coached
Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face and over the phone
Reliable transportation
Professional appearance and attitude
Sales experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person

You’ll receive hands-on training in residential sales, closing, customer communication, and follow-up in a company looking for leaders with room for growth.
