Electrician Isle of Wight Salary: £44,000–£46,000 Company Van Permanent Full-Time Monday–Friday Build Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join a leading property maintenance contractor delivering refurbishment and maintenance works across the Isle of Wight. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent position with a well-established organisation offering long‑term stability, a company vehicle, and ongoing training and development. The Role Carrying out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations across occupied and void properties Inspection, testing, fault finding, and remedial works Electrical upgrades and refurbishment projects Completing certification and compliance documentation Ensuring all works are completed safely and in line with current regulations Working closely with supervisors and other trades to deliver high-quality services Providing excellent customer service within occupied properties Maintaining accurate records using company systems Requirements NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent) 18th Edition Wiring Regulations 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification (or equivalent preferred) ECS or CSCS Card Proven experience in domestic or refurbishment environments Strong fault‑finding and remedial experience Good understanding of Health & Safety regulations Full UK Manual Driving Licence Ability to work independently and manage your own workload Desirable Experience within social housing or local authority contracts Asbestos Awareness First Aid qualification What's On Offer Salary of £44,000–£46,000 per annum Permanent position Company van or car allowance Company phone provided Ongoing training and development opportunities Employee referral scheme Company events Long-term career progression Stable workload with a leading property maintenance contractor If you're an experienced Electrician looking for your next opportunity, apply today with your updated CV or contact Ben at Build Recruitment for more information.
