Physical Therapist - Full Time

We're looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You'll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active-whether they're recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Apply today and a recruiter will reach out with the details.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
• Active Washington State Physical Therapist license is required to start the position.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Home health or skilled home care experience preferred.
• Experience completing OASIS assessments and using ICD-10 codes preferred.
• Ability to conduct initial patient evaluations, develop and implement plans of care, and supervise PTAs and home health aides as assigned.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the Redmond service area. Parking is covered for PTs and PTAs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide physician-ordered treatment and implement plan of care under direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services.
• Work in conjunction with other home care personnel in patient care planning.
• Direct and supervise Physical Therapy Assistant and Home Health Aide, as assigned.
• Take initial patient history and perform initial evaluations.
• Consult with physicians regarding changes in treatment.
• Instruct patients and family in home programs and activities of daily living.
• Participate in Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement activities as assigned.
• Complete and submit OASIS assessments, reassessments, transfers, resumptions of care, discharges, and documentation for significant change in condition.
• Appropriately utilize ICD-10 codes in documentation.

• Training period includes individualized orientation.
