About the Job Parts Operations Specialist

The Company provides sales, service, and technical support services for machine tool, construction equipment, lift truck, skid-steer loader, and mini-excavator companies in North America. It was founded in 1992 and is headquartered in Suwanee, GA.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations, this individual will assume the role as the SAP SME from the business side and will work closely with IT to identify and correct open issues
• Lead or support various operations and logistics initiatives to drive continuous improvements across quality, productivity, and cost
• Work closely with other business units to effectively communicate the processes and policies related to the distribution of aftermarket components
• The Parts Operations Specialist is also responsible for freight metrics, including freight recovery, carrier relationship management, and cost-reduction efforts
• Manage machine, attachment, and parts inventories in PDCs and storage yards

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a supply chain, logistics, or operations-related role
• Bilingual in Korean required
• SAP experience
• Must have solid analytical/problem-solving skills to facilitate the continuous improvement of all parts-distribution operating metrics
• Must be proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
• Effective cross-functional teamwork skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
