Remote Technical Analyst - Incident Response & Escalations

OneSource Virtual is seeking a Technical Analyst to serve as the primary escalation point for complex and high-severity issues across the enterprise application environment. You will own end-to-end incident resolution, lead technical communications during high-severity events, and work with cross-functional teams to drive permanent fixes. The role requires deep diagnostic capability, service area knowledge, and collaboration with Development, Engineering, DevOps, and vendor teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr OneSource Virtual
