We are seeking a senior-level Digital Strategist to:

1. Lead client relationships and provide strategic guidance to grow their business online
2. Create web & marketing strategies for clients
3. Lead branding, design, development & marketing teams on building custom sites and effective marketing campaigns
4. Regularly attend specific industry events and networking groups to generate leads (our BD team will create proposals and close the lead, but you get the commission)
5. MOST IMPORTANT: Know how to show value, upsell, and grow relationships

This position offers a base salary plus monthly bonuses . It is a full-time, remote work-from-home position .

Responsibilities:

1. Lead client relationships, providing strategic guidance and identifying opportunities to grow their businesses online.
2. Attend relevant industry events and networking groups to establish new business connections and generate qualified leads.
3. Collaborate with the business development team to identify potential clients, provide strategic insights, and support new business opportunities.
4. Develop and present comprehensive website, branding, and digital marketing strategies aligned with clients' business goals.
5. Oversee website projects from initial strategy and planning through design, development, and successful launch.
6. Lead and collaborate with internal branding, design, development, and marketing teams to ensure high-quality project delivery.
7. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional services, expand existing accounts, and increase client revenue.
8. Build strong, long-term client relationships by consistently demonstrating value and delivering measurable business results.
9. Create compelling website messaging, headlines, and content strategies that strengthen brand positioning and drive conversions.
10. Monitor client performance, proactively recommend improvements, and develop strategic solutions to overcome challenges and drive continued growth.

Requirements:

1. Excellent client relationship management, communication, and presentation skills , with the ability to demonstrate value and build long-term partnerships.
2. Ability to collaborate effectively with sales and business development teams , providing strategic insights, supporting prospective client opportunities, and generating new business leads.
3. Willingness to attend relevant industry events and networking groups to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
4. Proven experience leading custom website projects from initial strategy and concept through design, development, and successful launch.
5. 5+ years of experience managing client relationships and leading internal design, development, and marketing teams on digital projects.
6. 3+ years of experience developing and managing custom website strategies, branding initiatives, and digital marketing campaigns.
7. Demonstrated ability to create, present, and execute comprehensive website and digital marketing strategies aligned with clients' business objectives.
8. Strong copywriting skills , including the ability to develop compelling headlines, website messaging, and conversion-focused content.
9. Proven ability to identify opportunities to upsell services, grow existing accounts, and increase client revenue through strategic recommendations.
10. Strong problem-solving skills and proven expertise in developing strategic digital solutions to overcome client challenges and drive measurable results.
