1st, Monday-Friday 7am-3 pm (1 position-Sr)

3rd, Sunday-Thursday 11 pm- 7am (2 positions)

2nd and 3rd shift have a 15-20% shift differential!

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Injection Molding Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining plastics injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic components. Your expertise in machine operation, quality inspection, and troubleshooting will ensure efficient production processes while adhering to safety protocols. Nature of Duties:

• Install molds, set machine parameters (temperature, pressure, time), and connect auxiliary equipment.
• Process Monitoring & Adjustment
• Monitor runs, make real-time adjustments to maintain quality, and document changes.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with machines, molds, materials, or processes to prevent defects.
• Inspect parts for defects, ensuring they meet internal and external standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance (cleaning, lubricating) and report needed repairs on molds and equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols (OSHA, Lockout/Tagout) and maintain a clean work area (5S).

Education and Experience:

• 2 Year Technical Degree or Enrolled in a technical class or equivalent related experience plus 2 years' experience as a Manufacturing Technician.
• Must have a strong electrical aptitude with the ability to work with vendors and suppliers.
• Strong and appropriate influencing skills and flexible work ethic is important.
• CAD Platforms. Solid Works, AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, Pro Engineering
