Founded in 1975, we are a top public accounting firm with offices in Evansville, Indiana, and Louisville, Kentucky. We are one of the largest accounting firms in Southern Indiana and Kentucky. We pride ourselves on building strong client relationships, fostering team growth, and delivering forward-thinking solutions. We are seeking a Tax Manager to join our team and play a key leadership role in our growing tax practice.Offer:Salary: $110,000 to $150,000-Medical insurance-Vision insurance-Dental insurance-401(k)-Paid paternity leave-Tuition assistance-Paid maternity leaveKey Responsibilities:-Manage and review complex tax engagements for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and other entities.-Provide proactive tax planning and consulting services to clients across a variety of industries.-Supervise, mentor, and develop staff and seniors, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.-Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.-Stay up to date with evolving tax laws, regulations, and best practices, ensuring compliance and identifying planning opportunities.-Contribute to business development efforts, including expanding existing client relationships and supporting new opportunities.Qualifications:-CPA license required-Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; Master's degree in Taxation preferred.-5+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting.-Strong technical expertise in federal and state tax laws.-Excellent communication, leadership, and client service skills.-Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
