Your Role as a Collision “A” Technician: Disassemble & reassemble vehicle components and assemblies. Remove, install & align welded-on & bolted-on parts. Perform MIG & STRSW welding. Repair steel sheet metal, plastic & composite components. Prepare all repair areas for refinishing procedures. Identify & communicate secondary damage for approvals. Conduct test drives & diagnostic testing. Perform quality inspections before delivering vehicles to customers. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Assist other technicians & follow all shop policies and procedures. What We’re Looking For: 8+ years of experience in structural repair & collision work. Strong mechanical aptitude & troubleshooting skills. Skilled in MIG & STRSW welding, frame repair, & lift operation. Detail-oriented & efficient in time management. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Valid Driver’s License Required. I-CAR Certifications Preferred.
