Direct Support Professional

Previous experience working with individuals with developmental, intellectual disabilities, mental health challenges, or in a caregiving role is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to provide compassionate, person-centered care while promoting independence. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (Required) Pass background checks. Benefits $18-20 per hour. Paid training and mileage reimbursement for client transport.
