Knighted is seeking an experienced IT & AV Support Specialist for our Dallas, TX team. This full-time, in-office role focuses on hands-on IT and AV support, resolving a broad range of issues, and supporting a 24/7 operation with an on-call rotation. Occasional travel to other Texas locations is required. You will leverage FreshService for ticketing and collaborate across departments to improve systems and end-user experience.
