Program ManagerCape Fox subsidiary, Cape Fox Federal Integrators (CFFI), is seeking a highly organized and motivated Program Manager to join our team in support of a federal government client. This individual will be responsible for the full spectrum of program management, including contract execution, personnel management, quality assurance, and financial oversight to ensure mission success. This position is contingent upon the award. Incumbents are encouraged to apply! The salary range for this exempt position is: $135,000 - $155,000. This job will be posted until filled or withdrawn.Core Duties:Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projectsLead and guide the work of technical staffServe as liaison between business and technical aspects of projectsPlan project stages and assess business implications for each stageMonitor progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are metServe as the single point of contact for all contract execution matters, ensuring full compliance with all terms, conditions, and performance requirements of the contractInterface directly with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) to address performance concerns, task prioritization, and contractual modificationsManage costs, schedule, and performance across all task areas, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standardsOversee staffing actions, including recruitment, retention, performance evaluation, and professional development of all contract personnel supporting the government missionDevelop, implement, and maintain the Quality Control Plan (QCP) to ensure contract performance meets or exceeds all Government-defined standards and metricsPrepare and submit all required contract deliverables, including monthly status reports, financial reports, and staffing updates in accordance with the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL)Conduct regular program reviews with corporate leadership and Government stakeholders to communicate program health, risks, and mitigation strategiesManage subcontractor performance and coordination, ensuring alignment with prime contract requirements and Government expectationsIdentify and mitigate programmatic risks through proactive planning, resource allocation, and contingency developmentEnsure compliance with all applicable federal regulations, Army policies, and installation-specific requirements at Dugway Proving GroundTravel Requirements 25 - 50%Job Requirements:Must have a high school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 5 years' experience within the past 10, working as a Program ManagerMust maintain current Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II professional certification per DoD 8570.01-M/8140.03Minimum of one qualifying baseline Cert CAP, CND, Cloud+, GSLC, Security+ CE, or HCISPPExperience in Project Management, Agile, and ITILDemonstrated experience interfacing with Government CORs, COTRs, and Contracting Officers on contract performance mattersProven ability to manage cost, schedule, and performance baselines using earned value management or equivalent methodologiesMust be physically located at or willing to relocate to Dugway Proving Ground, UT, and maintain a regular on-site presenceStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information to diverse audiencesProficient in the use of computers and software required to perform work (e.g., Microsoft Office software)Provide copies of certificationsMust be a U.S. citizenMust have an Active Secret security clearance and SCI eligibilityMust have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
