Fives North American Combustion, Inc. is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our team in Cleveland, OH.

At Fives, we all have a part to play in achieving our common mission. Your role will be to:

 

• Operate power equipment such as saws and nail guns
• Follow instructions and verify that complete contents of an order are there before packing
• Adherence to a strict schedule to ensure all customer orders are on time
• Use independent judgement to prioritize packaging orders
• Work in a time sensitive, fast paced environment
• Safely operate a tow motor and other electric vehicles
• Work individually, and as part of a team
• Use overhead cranes to lift, move, and manipulate larger parts
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
• Strict adherence to quality standards and ability to ensure they meet customer requirements and company standards
• Other duties as assigned

• Previous experience working in manufacturing or construction is preferred
• Ability to read tape measure
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Fast learner with a willingness to learn new things
• Ability to work autonomously and make independent decisions
• Experience using a tow motor is preferred
• Highschool/GED
