Job Description
Title: Respiratory Therapist - Respiratory Therapy

Schedule:
- Shift: 12-hr nights, 6:15 PM - 6:45 AM
- Hours: 36 hours per week
- Weekend requirement: Every other weekend

Requirements:
- License: New Hampshire state license required
- Certifications: BLS required; ACLS and PALS preferred
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year respiratory care experience; first-time travelers accepted
- EMR: Epic charting experience required
- Skills: Airway management, ventilator management, ABGs, O2 therapy, suctioning, pulmonary toileting, nebulizers, BiPAP/CPAP, trach care, intubation assist

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Administer respiratory therapy treatments and modalities as prescribed.
- Monitor patients and respond to their needs effectively.
- Perform equipment setup and maintenance as necessary.
- Assist with intubations, bronchoscopy, and mechanical ventilation.
- Provide in-house transport of ventilated patients.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient care.

Compliance / Notes:
- Drug screen required within 14 days of start.
- Background/license issues require facility approval before offer.
- References required (may be able to start with two pending).
- Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions allowed).
