Toxic Tort & Environmental Associate Attorney

Overview The practice involves all phases of toxic tort and environmental litigation, including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. The firm's Toxic Tort & Environmental Practice represents clients in state, federal, and administrative hearings and trials, covering Superfund multi-site litigation and coordinated Federal Multi-District Litigation. The firm also serves as National Counsel in broader mass tort and products liability litigation, such as asbestos and automotive cases. The practice advises a diverse client base, including generators, landowners, municipalities, and site operators, ranging from multi-national corporations and Fortune 500 companies to family-owned local businesses, individuals, partnerships, closely held corporations, governmental agencies, manufacturing and real estate development companies, and foreign and domestic insurance carriers. While toxic tort and environmental law experience is preferred, candidates with substantive litigation experience in any arena and a demonstrated interest in toxic tort and environmental law are encouraged to apply.
