This position is responsible for supervising, leading, and supporting the engineering team to ensure optimal building performance and safety. This role actively contributes to JLL's business objectives by providing best-in-class customer service, promoting a safe and professional work environment, and supporting cost-saving initiatives through in-house maintenance solutions.What your day-to-day will look like:Supervise and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other installed systems and componentsAnalyze and troubleshoot building systems and equipment to resolve malfunctionsUtilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to manage and complete work orders and preventive maintenance tasks in compliance with SLAs and client-specific KPIsLead and mentor team members, sharing expertise in HVAC, electric, plumbing, and related areasMonitor Building Automation Systems (BAS), respond to alarms, and ensure effective resolutionMaintain records related to building rounds, readings, refrigerant logs, safety policies, and compliance with OSHA and JLL Team Safety PoliciesConduct scheduled facility rounds, report building conditions, and enter work orders for resolutionRequired Qualifications:High School diploma or GED equivalent and technical training or degreeMinimum of two years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering, including packaged HVAC, plumbing, electrical, production equipment repair, and general building repair and maintenanceStrong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and writtenExperience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel), CMMS, and internet-based softwareAble to respond on-site for emergency service within 45 minutesPreferred Qualifications:Two years of trade school or completion of a documented apprenticeship in electrical systems, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, or other craft skillsUniversal EPA / CFC licenseHands-on knowledge of system design, applications, and repairs in commercial buildingsFamiliarity with OSHA regulations and JLL safety cultureProactive in identifying and proposing cost savingsExperience in Laboratory/GxP environmentsThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
