Aerotek is Hiring Production Workers in Spokane – $19 to $25/hr

Job Description

We are searching for motivated individuals to join our fast‑paced manufacturing team. As a Production Worker, you’ll be loading, unloading, and handling parts on a conveyor line, ensuring quality standards are maintained, and helping us keep production running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts on a moving conveyor line at varying speeds.
• Hang and un‑hang parts on the powder coat line, maintaining consistent workflow.
• Perform initial quality inspections and identify defects.
• Support production by performing repetitive tasks accurately to meet quotas.
• Use hand tools and basic equipment safely for assembly and handling of parts.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50–80 lbs and stand for long hours.
• Comfortable working in hot and cold environments.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic assembly tasks.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation within the Spokane Valley area.

Schedule & Pay

• Pay range: $19–$25/hr depending on experience.
• 1st or 2nd shift preferred; 8–10 hour days.
• Overtime and weekends available.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
