Remote Pharma Event Manager - Key Accounts

Position HEALTHCARE EVENT MANAGER - KEY PHARMA ACCOUNT (f/m/d) Location egg Germany — Fully Remote Responsibilities Manage all aspects of multiple, large event projects from initial briefing through successful delivery and closing, including logistics and project content. Cooperate with all teams assigned to an event and ensure adherence to the client’s operational standards, tools and processes. Serve as the main point of contact for our clients and drive effective stakeholder management across all internal and external partners. Monitor timelines and event budgets to ensure on‑time and on‑budget delivery. Operate confidently under pressure, managing last‑minute changes while maintaining full compliance. Requirements 5–8 years of event project management experience within an event agency. Significant experience managing events for pharmaceutical and/or healthcare clients and strong knowledge of industry regulations and protocols. Ability to remain highly resilient, calm under pressure, and comfortable operating in environments with complex processes and strict deadlines. Proficiency with delegate management tools, particularly Cvent. Fluency in spoken and written English and German. Nice to Have Fluency in additional languages beyond English. Proficiency in using AI technology to enhance productivity and creative thinking. Compensation & Benefits Salary: €35,000 – €50,000 annually, based on experience and role scope.
