Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Crawford Care Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team on a PRN basis. PRN with NO minimum shift requirements. Pick up shifts when it works for you. There are no required weekends, no required holidays, and no set number of shifts you must work. Whether you are looking for occasional shifts, extra hours or a flexible schedule, our PRN position allows you to work around your availability. What We Offer No minimum PRN shift requirements No required weekends No required holidays Flexible scheduling On-Demand Pay (daily) 8-hour and 12-hour shifts available Comfortable staffing ratios Weekly staff appreciation CNA Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living, including mobility, meals, hygiene and hydration Provide compassionate personal care Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff Accurately document food and fluid intake Assist with feeding and nutritional supplements Maintain clean and safe resident environments Transport residents safely throughout the facility Follow all facility policies and professional standards Maintain confidentiality and comply with all applicable regulations Qualifications Active Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Certification Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment Genuine passion for senior care Why Work at Crawford Care Center?
