Facility Service Manager

Clayton County Board of Commissioners

Clayton County is seeking a Facilities Service Manager to oversee day-to-day maintenance, repairs, renovations, and services for county buildings. The role supervises facilities staff, coordinates internal resources and outside contractors, and ensures work orders are completed safely and to standard. The position requires CMMS administration, workload forecasting, and strong leadership to maintain safety, reliability, and compliance with codes and county policies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
