3 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Job Title: Buildings & Grounds Maintenance Type: Full-Time | Onsite Category: Manufacturing & Operations Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, order, and minor repairs across the facility, including buildings, grounds, offices, and restrooms. Key Duties: Perform routine cleaning (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing). Replace bulbs, ceiling tiles; check appliance safety. Clean and restock restrooms. Gather trash and maintain waste areas. Floor care: strip, seal, finish, and polish. Paint, repair, and report maintenance needs. Assist in leading Sanitation Porters. Fill in across departments as needed.
