This role is built for a designer who can think strategically, execute beautifully, and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment supporting multiple brands.You'll work across a portfolio of concepts ranging from elevated casual dining, eateries and hospitality experiences. You will create everything from campaign creative and menus to social assets, in-store collateral, signage, digital marketing, and brand storytelling.We're looking for someone who can balance strong creative instincts with production accuracy, collaborate cross-functionally, and bring fresh ideas to the table while maintaining brand consistency across our unique concepts.What You'll DoDesign and produce creative assets across print, digital, social, web, email, events, and in-store marketingExecute brand campaigns that align with each concept's personality and voiceCreate and update menus, promotional materials, signage, presentations, and experiential graphicsCollaborate with marketing, operations, culinary, beverage, and leadership teams to bring initiatives to lifeParticipate in creative brainstorms and contribute strategic visual ideasPrepare print-ready files and work directly with vendors when neededMaintain brand standards while adapting creative to evolving business needsSupport openings, activations, seasonal campaigns, and company initiativesManage multiple projects and timelines in a high-volume environmentProvide thoughtful, creative solutions while staying flexible and collaborativeWhat We're Looking For4+ years of graphic design experience (agency experience preferred)Strong portfolio showcasing branding, typography, layout, digital, and print workExperience designing for hospitality, food & beverage, lifestyle, retail, or experiential brands preferredStrong understanding of typography, hierarchy, composition, and production setupAbility to work within multiple brand voices and visual identitiesComfortable receiving feedback and iterating quicklyStrong organizational skills and ability to manage competing prioritiesDetail-oriented with a high level of accuracyPositive attitude, collaborative mindset, and willingness to jump in where neededRequired SkillsAdobe Creative Cloud expertise, especially:InDesignIllustratorPhotoshopExperience with Figma is a plusLeveraging AI image-generation tools to enhance image sourcing, concept development, and creative design execution.Understanding of print production and vendor file setupBasic knowledge of digital marketing asset creation and social formatsPhotography, motion, illustration, or video editing skills are a bonusWhat Success Looks LikeYou can move seamlessly between creative concepting and production executionYou understand how design supports business goals, guest experience, and brand storytellingYou're proactive, solutions-oriented, and dependable under tight timelinesYou care deeply about craft but also know when to move quicklyYou bring ideas, not just filesAbout FB SocietyFB Society is a Dallas-based hospitality group creating experiences never imagined.
