Qualifications

• State License Compact licenses are allowed. Willing to obtain is allowed.
• Certifications ACLS. Willing to obtain allowed for ACLS.
• Certifications BLS. Willing to obtain allowed for BLS.
• Certifications NRP. Willing to obtain allowed for NRP.
• Specialty Experience 2+ years of experience in Labor & Delivery in last 3 years.
• Skills Assessment LAD skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of the health system in the past year.
• Additional Confirmations I have submitted all time off requests. I am aware that I cannot make additional requests after submission.
• Additional Confirmations I confirm I have all of the following experience: at least two years of Labor & Delivery experience, professional proficiency in postpartum and antepartum care.
• Travel Contract Local contracts within 50.0 miles not accepted.
