Palliative Care Physician Syracuse Physician, Faculty & Librarians Full‑time Opening on: Jan 242025 Medicine State of NewYork Clinical Assistant Professor HS, NSC5 81837 UUP (State University Professional Services Unit) Job Summary We are seeking a Palliative Medicine Physician who is board eligible/board certified in Adult Palliative care to join as a full time attending. SUNY Upstate Medical University's Palliative Care Program provides high quality consultative Palliative Care across various inpatient and outpatient settings. We have over 25 faculty and staff on our consultation teams. Our intradisciplinary team includes physicians, nurse practitioners, social workers, and chaplains. We provide direct patient care along with a significant teaching effort for all staff, students, and providers. We are an enthusiastic and supportive team that has grown and thrived for over twenty years.
