Job Title: Part-Time Bartender & Golf Simulator Host

Location: Solon, OH Pay: $10.00 – $12.00 / hour + Tips + Event Referral Bonus

Job Type: Part-Time (Evening & Weekend Shifts) - We really need weekend help and this is when we are typically the busiest!

What You’ll Do:

• Craft & Serve: Prepare and serve delicious drinks and food orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Host the Experience: Assist guests with golf simulator setups, troubleshoot basic system questions, and ensure an engaging experience.
• Maintain the Space: Keep the bar, simulator bays, and guest areas clean, stocked, and welcoming.
• Deliver Great Service: Build rapport with guests of all ages, ensuring every visitor leaves happy.

What We’re Looking For:

• Age Requirement: Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Availability: Flexible to work weekday evenings and weekends (4-hour and 8-hour shifts available).
• Personality: High energy, confident, and customer-focused with a strong work ethic.
• Experience: Previous bartending or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required —we will train the right person!
• Golf Knowledge: Basic familiarity with golf is helpful, but not required .
