Handling all aspects of the credit and collections process, the remote Credit Administrator will manage an assigned portfolio of accounts, foster customer relationships, and prepare credit approval packages. Key responsibilities Oversee the credit and collections process for assigned accounts, ensuring timely communication and follow-up Prepare and analyze credit approval packages and assess creditworthiness for new and existing customers Conduct collection calls on overdue accounts and maintain precise credit and collection files for compliance Required qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service Preferred possession of or progress towards a Credit Business Associate (CBA) designation Experience in wholesale distribution is preferred Strong accounting and mathematical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Eclipse software Virtual Vocations Inc
