Haul Truck DriverArcosa Aggregates is seeking a Mobile Equipment Operator based out of Paradise, Texas. As a Haul Truck Driver, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment and working with a team to produce natural aggregates in a mining environment.Day to DayActively promote safety awareness and continuous improvement through positive recognitionSafely operate a haul truck, farm tractor, water truck or rubber tire backhoe.Operate equipment in quarryComply with all industry safety rules, procedures and applicable government regulations.Perform daily pre-shift equipment and workplace inspections to maintain equipment performanceMaintain strong communications with other plant employees and operatorsPerform other duties or responsibilities as assignedCleans equipment, clears obstacles in work environment.About YouPositive, team-based attitudeThe ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift, walk, climb stairs, ladders, and catwalks up to 60 feet as required.The ability to work in varied outdoor environments (cold, hot, dry, dusty, rainy)High school diploma or GED equivalentPrompt, regular, and predictable attendanceNo prior experience required, training providedWorking Conditions While most equipment has air conditioning, there will be times when other responsibilities may require periods of work in all weather conditions including heat, cold, wet, dry, and dusty.BenefitsArcosa is proud to offer competitive benefits and programs to help you and your family meet your healthcare and retirement planning needs.
