Morehouse School of Medicine (MSM) invites applications for a full-time academic Hematologist/Medical Oncologist to join the Department of Medicine and provide comprehensive cancer care at Grady Memorial Hospital, one of the nation's leading academic safety-net health systems.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a physician who is passionate about advancing health equity while helping build a nationally recognized academic oncology program. The successful candidate will provide exceptional patient care, educate future physicians, expand access to innovative clinical trials, and contribute to research and program development in a collaborative academic environment.

Faculty appointments are available at the Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor level, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

• Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient hematology and medical oncology care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary cancer care, including disease-specific tumor boards and collaborative treatment planning.
• Teach and mentor medical students, internal medicine residents, and future Hematology/Oncology fellows.
• Participate in clinical, translational, implementation, outcomes, or health disparities research aligned with individual academic interests.
• Develop and participate in investigator-initiated and industry-sponsored clinical trials supported by the Morehouse Clinical Research Center.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, program development, and departmental growth.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Morehouse School of Medicine, Grady Health System, and affiliated partners to improve cancer outcomes for underserved populations.

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Medical Oncology
• Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in the State of Georgia

• Demonstrated commitment to academic medicine through clinical excellence, teaching, research, quality improvement, or leadership
• Interest or experience in developing disease-focused oncology programs
• Experience with or interest in clinical trials and investigator-initiated research
• Commitment to advancing health equity and reducing cancer disparities
