Vice President OF Operations

Must have orthopedic experience in operations and live within 20-30 minutes of Long Island! The Vice President of Operations (VP Ops) is a results-oriented, strategic, and servant-minded leader with direct ownership of the P&L performance of multiple healthcare sites within a defined region. The VP Ops partners closely with the COO and corporate functional teams (Finance, HR, Revenue Cycle, Marketing, Clinical, IT) to achieve annual revenue, profit, growth, quality, and patient experience objectives. This role provides operational leadership across sites, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and best-in-class patient and employee experiences.
