Healthcare Curriculum and Instruction Specialist

Role: Healthcare Curriculum and Instruction Specialist responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining culturally relevant curriculum aligned with IB standards and healthcare industry benchmarks. Key Duties: Develop instructional resources, support curriculum implementation through coaching and professional development, and ensure vertical alignment across grade levels. Incorporate healthcare career exposure and real-world learning experiences into the curriculum. Conduct classroom observations, analyze student performance data, and collaborate with teams to refine instruction and assessments. Manage projects related to healthcare programs, coordinate industry-based certification assessments, and support scholar engagement activities. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (master's preferred), experience in curriculum development, instructional coaching, or healthcare education. Strong knowledge of instructional best practices, proficiency in technology tools, excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills. Ability to facilitate professional development and work effectively with educators, industry partners, and students.
