We are looking for individuals with not only the right skills but also the right attitude for the role! Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Responsible for ensuring that all employee and guest phone calls are handled appropriately, all guest rooms are cleaned, all guest requests are met and all arriving traces are in the room prior to guest arrival Ensure office supplies are inventoried and the office is clean Coordinates work orders in assigned section Follows up to be sure work is completed Clear communication with the rest of the team to ensure all guest requests/calls are completed Monitor and track all house charges Organization of daily paperwork Preferred Qualifications and Skills: Reading, written and oral proficiency in the English language is required Proficient with office tasks, including Windows and Microsoft Office, Opera and HotSos Versed in phone etiquette and guest interactions 2 years of Housekeeping Coordinator and/or Supervisory experience in luxury hotel preferred Must be able to cope with stress and work in a high volume operation Must be able to prioritize and multi-task Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends and holidays High school educations or equivalent experience is preferred Working at Four Seasons Four Seasons can offer what many hospitality professionals dream of – an opportunity to build a life-long career with global potential and a real sense of pride in work well done.
