Regional Property Manager Affordable Housing Columbus, OH

Mountain Management Group
Multi-Family Development/Management Group currently seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of affordable housing communities in Columbus Ohio.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversee financial and operational performance across a portfolio of communities
- Lead coach and develop Community Managers and site teams
- Manage budgets occupancy rent collections and expense control
- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with company standards and LIHTC regulations
- Partner with internal teams (HR Accounting Compliance Maintenance) to drive performance
- Support hiring training and onboarding of site-level staff
- Build relationships with vendors agencies and local housing authorities
Qualifications include:
- 5 years of property management experience including multi-site leadership
- Prior experience as a Regional Property Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of affordable housing (LIHTC / Section 42) and Fair Housing regulations
- Experience with budgeting financial reporting and team leadership
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi (preferred)
