Position Overview Provide specialized instruction and academic support to students with disabilities in a resource setting while aligning services with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Develop and monitor individualized goals, accommodations, and instructional strategies to promote student growth and achievement. Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success. Maintain accurate documentation, progress monitoring, and compliance with special education requirements.
