The role is all about the relationships and the bond you will create with the patients and their families. Work Experience Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with current state licensure. Additional IV medication class, if required by state guidelines. Meets all state/licensing requirements. ESRD experience preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification. Ability to read and interpret safety, operating, and procedure manuals. Effective communication with clients and staff.
