Heavy Lifter Material Packer

Warehouse PositionShift: 6am-4:30pm Monday-ThursdayEssential Functions:Time and quality-oriented processing of all material to repack in the assigned area.Execution of tasks and processes according to training manuals and work instructionsCheck for damages of material in the container before packingEscalation of deviationsMiscellaneous tasks as assigned by management in accordance with skill level.Requirements:Complete a true and accurate employment application (no omissions or falsifications).Successfully pass a required drug screen and comply with the company's drug-free workplace policy.Successfully pass a criminal background check per Schnellecke standards.Ability to stand and remain on your feet for the entire shift.Frequently walk throughout the warehouse during the shift.Regularly lift, carry, push, and pull containers weighing 30–50 pounds.Perform repetitive lifting, bending, reaching, twisting, squatting, and overhead movements throughout the shift.Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while meeting productivity and quality expectations.Comfortable working in a warehouse environment that may become hot and humid, particularly during warmer months.Ability to safely perform physically demanding work for 10-hour shifts, including overtime as needed.Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety procedures.
