The Payroll Manager leads payroll processes for a large multi-state employer with multiple tax classifications, working closely with Human Resources and a Payroll Analyst to manage the complete payroll process for the organization.

Schedule: Full time.

Compensation: $90,000 to $115,000 per year, based on experience.

What You'll Do

This role manages the complete payroll process in close coordination with Human Resources and the Payroll Analyst, maintaining compliance with all local, state, and federal payroll regulations across multiple states and tax classifications. The Payroll Manager ensures accurate payroll records and reporting, and administers retirement plan contributions for employees.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or Business Administration
• 10+ years of hands on payroll administration experience, including multi-state experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage payroll processes in a high volume environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Accounting experience
• Experience with retirement plan administration
• Experience with payroll systems supporting multi-state, multi-classification employers
