This role is a strong fit for professionals with a background in residential remodeling who have hands-on experience measuring and managing projects involving replacement windows and doors, as well as roofing and siding. If you’ve worked directly with these product lines and understand the details that drive a successful installation, you’ll find yourself well-positioned here.

Job Summary: A production position responsible for all management aspects of the installation project while staying within monthly production and financial goals.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

1. Review job packet for completeness

2. Review production time sold/allowed according to contract and production rates, communicate any discrepancies with Sales Manager and Production Manager to coordinate a resolution.

3. Review and verify materials to be ordered, confirm specifics with customer.

4. Manage and coordinate change orders

5. Coordinate material ordering with Purchasing Agent

6. Procure any necessary permits

7. Ensure customer completes the satisfaction/completion checklist upon completion of project.

8. Ensure customers are 100% satisfied with the project upon completion.

9. Ensure final balance has been collected upon completion.

10. Coordinate any punch list items.

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Driver's License
• 3-5 years of construction experience
• Home remodeling experiences
• Knowledge of roofing, siding, windows, doors and gutter installation

Training: All training will be conducted in the New Castle, DE office. We will cover for transportation and hotel fee's as well as provide reimbursement for food!
